Dhvani

This is the Text-to-Speech system we have tested for now. Its performance is ok, but the voice database is in a male voice, which is unsuitable for our purpose, so we will need to develop our own database, on the lines of Dhvani or using other techniques.

Dhvani 2 uses the Itrans format so our work might just start making some sense to us!
